Similar flavor to chicken eggs, but with a richer and creamier taste and texture. Often used in baking, the larger yolk helps baked goods rise, and the extra fat content results in a richer flavor for your baked goods.
Laid by our Cayuga ducks, one of the few duck breeds that originated in the United States. These ducks are quiet, hardy, and lay eggs coloring from white to light blue or gray.
Pickup only from Genzer Farms roadside stand. Cartons are labeled “Duck Eggs” inside the egg cooler at the roadside stand.
