If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the original item or unused portion of the product (we do occasionally sell other products besides eggs) for a full refund. Please see below for more information.

Returns

All returns must be requested within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

Return Process

For perishable items (eggs), returns must be made in person. Bring the unused portion of the product to any of these locations.

For all other items, returns may be made in person (at these locations) or packaged securely and mailed to the following address:

You must obtain prior authorization, to be reimbursed for shipping costs.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
